Pop star Madonna extended an olive branch to Elton John, forgiving him for his recent remarks in which he called her a “fairground stripper.”
“I forgive him,” Madonna told a crowd of concert-goers in Nice, France on Tuesday, as she dedicated her performance of “Masterpiece” to John. She said, “I know he’s a big fan of it. And I know he’s a big fan of mine. And you know? I forgive him. Gotta start somewhere.”
Thumbs up to Madge for doing the right thing and not letting it degenerate into a nasty celeb fight....
